- Become a member of The Friends. You will receive regular newsletters to keep you informed of the hospitals services
- Support at fund raising events
- Become more involved by joining the committee and help make decisions that could effect us all

Please print and complete in BLOCK CAPITALS or pick up a leaflet next time you are at the hospital. If you are
unable to do this then please contact us and we will arrange to send a form to you.
Please note that Membership subscriptions are renewable annually, and are due in April of each year the amount
is at your discretion
